Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the Mirror Dash Cam manufactured and sold by Sinjet . The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use of the Product.

Warranty Period

The total warranty period for Mirror Dash Cam is 3 years, structured as follows:

  • Year 1 (Free Warranty): Automatically included from the date of purchase.

  • Year 2 (Extended Warranty): Available upon registration as a Sinjet user on the Company's website.

  • Year 3 (Additional Extended Warranty): Available for purchase  for $19.99.

Proof of purchase  is required to validate the warranty.

Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

Warranty Services

During the warranty period, if the Product fails due to non-human-induced defects, Sinjet will provide the following services:

  • Free repair or replacement of defective components;

  • If the Product cannot be repaired, Sinjet will replace it with the same model or a product of equivalent value.

Not Covered under Warranty

Items that have expired their warranty periodDamage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
Purchases from unauthorized re-sellersModifications to any part of the product
Products without sufficient proof of purchaseLost or stolen products
Damage due to acts of nature.
For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similarFree productsRepairs through 3rd parties
Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

Warranty Claim Process

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.

Limitation of Liability

Sinjet's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product. Sinjet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
