UPDATE 3/11/25 Received replacement 64GB micro SD card and 2 plastic crowbars from Sinjet. Customer support was Ecellent. Sustem is working well and we like it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very nice system! Got message "no SD card Installed"' on first attempts to power up. Card not found when format attempted. Mirror comes with SD card installed. Eventually installed another SD card and unit works. So it came with bad SD card. YouTube video listed on Shinjet site showing instalation process is very good, EXCEPT yellow and red wire hookup in video is OPPOSITE of Sinjet instllation manual. Do it per manual, not UTube video! Rear camera bracket cannot be used on inside of hatchback rear window (outside back of vehicle only as advertised). I had to make a bracket to put on inside of rear window. Plastic crowbar was not in the package.
I was a little intimidated by the idea of installing this - I don't have any specialized auto repair skills. I can change an air filter - that's about it. But this was really easy to get installed - the directions were good and I had it done in about 90 minutes. Someone who knows what they are doing could probably do it faster. All of the features work as advertised. I'm very happy with this.
Both the front and rear cameras deliver crystal-clear images! The installation is flawless—it looks just like a factory-fitted mirror. Absolutely love it!
