Welcome to Sinjet. We aim to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to help you understand the process and conditions under which returns and refunds can be made.
Return Window
Return & Refund Period Returns or exchanges are accepted for orders older less 1 year. If you sign up for our vip or purchase value-added services, we will provide you a maximum of 3 years of return and exchange service.
Return Conditions
Custom Products Custom products in production with no quality issues are ineligible for refunds or returns. Upon receiving your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. Once inspection is complete, our customer service representative will process your refund or assist with an exchange order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process
Processing Once we have received and inspected the goods with no issues, the refund will be processed and credited back to your payment card within 3-5 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, along with any customs duties and other fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee For products shipped for free, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged to cover our shipping costs. For non-free shipping items, a restocking fee of 10% applies. A 5% credit card processing fee will also be charged for items not yet shipped.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. We may decide to refund or replace excluded items, e.g., if you receive a damaged item. In such cases, please contact our after-sales service immediately.If there is a quality problem with the product, we will bear the return shipping costs and customs duties. If the return is due to non-quality problems, we will not be responsible for the return shipping fees and customs duties.
